Do you feel pressed against the edge every single day? Are you burned out because the pace of ministry is unsustainable? Do you have a hard time maintaining healthy boundaries? You are not alone.
As a female pastor, I was overwhelmed with all there was to do in ministry. I had very little blank space on my calendar. I would run from one thing to the next and I’m just going to be totally honest with you…I was so tired. I felt it. I felt it physically in my body, it impacted my mind and I sensed it in my spirit…maybe you do too. In fact, I know I’m not alone. I’ve had countless conversations with other women in ministry who have shared that they too feel overwhelmed and discouraged as they try to manage it all. Many of us feel like it’s all we can do to show up and survive another day. And we feel defeated because we have resigned ourselves to the idea that this is just the way it’s going to be.
And worst of all, we keep it all under wraps.
What if it didn’t have to be this way? What if there was a community of women like you, women who supported one another so they could continue to do what they love in a way that honors God and allows them to be the person they were created to be? What if a group of women united behind the belief that busyness and burnout should not be the norm...that there is a way to thrive in ministry while not losing yourself on the journey?
That’s why I have created Women in Ministry United's membership site.
We are a community of women in ministry, dedicated to supporting one another through on-going connection. Our private FB group allows you the opportunity to share your struggles and get encouragement in a safe space. And each week, we’ll sit down and talk with a “Monday Motivator,” a female who shares her story and gives insights into creating margin, balance and healthy boundaries. You’ll have unlimited access to our growing library of content. And as our community grows, there will be opportunities for local and regional meets-ups.
You can live as your whole self and be an effective leader.
Our membership community is now opened! We'd love for you to join us! You can find out more information by clicking the "Community" Tab at the top of the page.
